My doctor recommended Solis to me during my last visit. I made my appt. and had a mammogram last Wed., Aug. 12th at 7:00 a.m. I was hesitant as I'm sure many women are during this procedure. I paid the extra $75.00 to have the 3D screening (not covered by my wonderful health insurance-boo!) Anyway, I let the receptionist and the mammography technician know that I was apprehensive. Very friendly staff. I felt comfortable and at ease for my mamogram. I paid a little extra for 3-D mamogram and I'm happy that I did.

This review is from a visit last April 2013. I had to go in for my first mammogram and was nervous. The facility was nice, clean and waiting room was comfortable. My technician was a humerous lady who was quick and explained everything. Overall I felt it was a good experience.

I was happy with my routine services at Solis. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. This was helpful so I didn't chicken out. I thought the office was really nice, beautifully decorated and I felt calmer than I expected during my wait. A good environment helps with that. The staff was kind, easy to work with, and there was only a very short wait time. The technician wasn't very chatty (and I am very chatty) but she was very nice. If you are only wanting an ultrasound (instead of a mammogram), then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I was told they would do both, but If I elected to not get a mammogram, then they would not be able to see me even though my referring physician submitted a work order for an ultrasound.

They don't answer the phone. No matter what option you select, no one ever answers. My PA scheduled a bone density test. The doctor said I don't need it. They called Solis and cancelled the appointment. I called and cancelled the appointment. THEY KEEP CALLING ME EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!!!! I HAVE SENT EMAILS. I HAVE CALLED, BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!! STOP STALKING ME SOLASS!!!

I used this facility for my yearly mammogram, and yikes. The registration clerk cannot seem to spell even after providing them with your driver's license. My name is misspelled, and my address is incorrect after asking the receptionist to fix the incorrect entries. In addition, I provided them with my insurance card and uploaded the information during check-in, but it still was not attached to my account. So, guess who received a bill for $700 plus dollars? What ever you do , DO NOT go to this facility. DO to a facility that is not on hospital grounds lie the one on Parker in West Plano. I know lot about medicare billing and these people really screwed up my billing. I did not know that I will get a bill from Medical city Pano even though no where in their paper wok says this to be the case.
