I have been dealing with Liz throughout my experience with sonobello she has by far been the best to deal with she has answered any silly question I have had and bent over backwards for me so I could get back to feeling like me and looking that way as well i by far would recommend

I could not be more satisfied and totally impressed with Brittney (surgery) and Alexis (follow up) during my entire process. Very patient and informative with me and all my questions. Alexis King had a positive and uplifting attitude from the moment my appointment started despite it being early in the morning. She was patient, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. She made me feel comfortable and was tentative to my needs. She’s amazing!
So far, so good! I’m one week post-procedure and everything is going as expected, thus far. I’m still a little sore and swollen; however, I am beginning to see my results come together. I’m anxious, but must remain patient as I know it’s a process and I’m trusting it. Thank you Dr. Centeno, Office Manager Deneen, nurse Alexandria, receptionist and the entire Sonobello Norfolk office!!! Y’all ROCK!!
I had a revision done by Dr. Centeno a little over a year after Dr. Siegel failed to do his job effectively. (Dr. Siegel no longer works there.) Now, let me tell y’all…from start to finish, the Norfolk office was nothing short of awesome!! The receptionists were very friendly and displayed professionalism and astute customer service. Everyone has been so wonderful the entire time from the original appt with Kat to Dr Gilbert taking care of me and answering all my and my husbands questions. From the procedure and the first two appts Angelic my nurse has been patient and kind . Cherrisee and Deja are always so friendly at the front desk and remember me like family. Highly recommend . Love them all to pieces.
