The waiting area made me feel comfortable. The Receptionist was pleasant and I felt very welcome. Liz made me feel very relaxed and open with all the information we discussed. Liz helped the hesitation cease in my mind with going forwaIrd and get my procedure done. I'm looking forward to having a new abdomen and waistline.
Prior to consultation with Liz and pre-op with doctor Centeno I was skeptical about the results I could expect but feeling it was a last resort. Dr C talked about realistic expectations and the best options, he was open, honest and it was like he was starting my journey to better health with me. This entire staff is awesome! My consultant Liz was amazing from start to finish and always made herself available to me! All the nurses are professional and pure sweetie pies. They made me feel comfortable & calm every step of the way. My Doctor was Centeno. He really cares about his patients and addressed every concern I had. He has to be sent from heaven the way he snatched me Chile. I walked in there with 3 midgets chilling in my belly eating popcorn and by the time I walked out you couldn’t tell me nothing!!! Just did my consultation and Liz was very straight forward and honestly from the jump. She answered all my questions without me even asking!!!
My wife And I had a consult with Liz and she was the most amazing consultant that I have ever met since being here in the hampton roads. She was so helpful! She gave us great information and options . The entire staff was phenomenal; a plus . The guy at the front desk was very cool. I am so happy that my wife decided to come here! Good job !
