If I could give 10 stars, I would!! The entire staff with whom I interacted were phenomenal!! Laurette was my nurse, front desk squad Deja and Cherrisse, theeee number one manager, Deneen, and my prospective surgeon, Dr. Centeno, were ALL AMAZING!! I am overjoyed and super-excited about my upcoming procedure!! They’ve made me feel extremely confident in their team and allowed me to relieve some anxiety!! I am truly looking forward to my date!! It has been 2 months since having my procedure and I absolutely love my results! Dr. Centeno is very caring and meticulous. He explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I felt completely at ease. His nurse Alex was wonderful and went out of her way to make me comfortable during the procedure. They make a great team and I would recommend Dr. Centeno and Sono Bello to all my friends! I feel like a new person😄

I had my consultation with Liz. She is amazing!! Knows her stuff and with a doubt was I comfortable from the start! Very soft spoken but very confident In herself with what she does. Liz didn’t make me feel embarrassed whatsoever when I had to take off my clothes for her to access my problem areas. The front staff was also great! Thanks so much to Liz! She was great at my first consult last year and when I came back for my second consultation after saving for my procedure she REMEMBERED ME! That really meant a lot! From the initial request for information towards the end, Sono Bello's staff made this process more than a procedure, they actively engaged in creating an experience. The professional way my last pre OP session was handled by Ms. Cherrise was a direct refection of the attention to detail and the compassion I was always presented with at Sono Bello.
