The office manager, Deneen, is EVERYTHING!! I have nothing but AWESOME things to say about her!! She has GREAT follow-through and the BEST when it comes to effective listening!! I am at the end of my recovery from ex and Lipo and I have to say I am the happiest woman in Norfolk. That Norfolk staff is amazing. When I tell you that Deneen Williams has turned it around! It has been 2 months since having my procedure and I absolutely love my results! Dr. Centeno is very caring and meticulous. He explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I felt completely at ease. His nurse Alex was wonderful and went out of her way to make me comfortable during the procedure. They make a great team and I would recommend Dr. Centeno and Sono Bello to all my friends! I feel like a new person😄
