I was very impressed from the moment I talked to Lisa at the Norfolk location. She was able to explain the process to me without pressure to move forward. She let me know that this was in fact a process and one that took time. I met Dr. Kaplan at my pre-op who explained what would happen and reinforced recovery time. The waiting area made me feel comfortable. The Receptionist was pleasant and I felt very welcome. Liz made me feel very relaxed and open with all the information we discussed. Liz helped the hesitation cease in my mind with going forwaIrd and get my procedure done. I'm looking forward to having a new abdomen and waistline.
Prior to consultation with Liz and pre-op with doctor Centeno I was skeptical about the results I could expect but feeling it was a last resort. Dr C talked about realistic expectations and the best options, he was open, honest and it was like he was starting my journey to better health with me. My procedure was split into two for max benefits and best results, and when I say best I mean best. This entire staff is awesome! My consultant Liz was amazing from start to finish and always made herself available to me! All the nurses are professional and pure sweetie pies. They made me feel comfortable & calm every step of the way. My Doctor was Centeno. He really cares about his patients and addressed every concern I had.
