It has been 2 years since I started with this program. After my first 10 weeks of program, I lost almost 40lbs. Now, after starting a weights cycle at the gym, I am happy to notice that I am still close to 35lbs under my original weight. The assistance and advice provided under the maintenance program has been monumental to keep me in check. SOTA works!

I was skeptical that this diet would work for me at my age (78), but it did! I was able to lose 30 pounds and learned how to control carb intake to keep the weight off.
