Great support system and encouragement
The people at SOTA have helped change my life. When I first started the program I weighed 262 pounds. I was exercising like crazy and not eating a lot of junk things, but no weight loss. After two collapsed lungs the pulmonologist told me losing weight would help my breathing. Had a physical with my PCP and he said I needed to do something as my health was not good. To begin with, I love that I was able to speak to real humans. Thank you. I didn’t even leave a message but Zoe reached out first thing Tuesday morning. And Alisa called on time to talk nutrition. I really like the whole idea of SOTA. I just can’t afford it I don’t even remotely have 325.00 extra in my budget per week to do this program. So sad. These ladies were great to help. They deserve a little extra in their pay check😃

My husband and I joined in early December 2022. BEST decision ever (besides marrying this man!) I'm now on maintenance after letting go of 55 lbs; John is 5 lbs from maintenance with 85 lbs gone forever. Our bodies and our thinking about food have changed! In my 77 years, I've tried it all, but thus healthy plan wins it all!
