My husband and I joined in early December 2022. BEST decision ever (besides marrying this man!) I'm now on maintenance after letting go of 55 lbs; John is 5 lbs from maintenance with 85 lbs gone forever. Our bodies and our thinking about food have changed! I done a 16 week program with SOTA. It’s been great. I learned how to eat and how to look out for hidden sugars. I’ve lost 63 pounds and still maintaining my weight loss. I definitely would recommend this program to anyone who’s having issues with weight loss.

SOTA has been life changing. My intentions when I started this program were to lost some weight and get healthier. But I honestly thought I was just a heavy person, destined to always fight my weight. I didn't know getting to a "healthy weight" was even possible for me. This program has exceeded all of my expectations. I'm down 100 pounds with just a few more to go before I reach my final goal. I feel fit and happy and comfortable in my own skin for the first time in probably 35 years!
