It’s more than I wanted to pay but it helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and gave me confidence to know what I needed to do in the future. You’re paying for knowledge and coaching. If you can settle in and get it done it will pay you back in the long run.
SOTA has been a literal life saver for my husband and me. What a difference a year makes! Not hungry or craving, just enjoying the new life SOTA gave us. We were committed to following their program and it worked! We're both now on maintenance having let go of a combined 140 lbs! The staff was and is with us every step, encouraging and teaching. Absolutely loved the SOTA Weight loss program! The food was very good. The nutritionist I worked with was great. She listened to me, gave me great tips and helped me through the process. So far I have lost 34 pounds. I feel much better, not only physically but mentally. I was all in 100%. It works!
