The most important aspects of any service are (1) disclosure of expectations, of both the service and the client; and, (2) the achievement of agreed upon goals. SOTA laid out exactly what they would provide, as well as what I was expected to do - no surprises. I am currently on my fifth week; and, have lost a total of twenty-five pounds. I am very satisfied with the SOTA program; and, intend to continue with it.

Where to start? I'll just say, this program works. I'm down 43 pounds in 8 weeks. I get the structure and coaching I need. Easy to pick up and start rolling. SOTA has been a life saver for me.
