I am amazed at how quickly and steadily the program works. I always felt satiated while on it. I lost 38 pounds and reached my goal weight in 12 weeks. SOTA staff are continuing to work with me to help me maintain my weight loss in maintenance. I can't say enough great things about SOTA. I've told my friends who've asked me how I lost my weight.
