The staff is amazing. It has been a big success for me. Tried many things but the start, the structure, the coaching and program works!!!

Great introduction to the program
I really appreciate how SOTA is handling the COVID 19 situation. I got a call from SOTA explaining the new protocol and was able to discuss my weight loss progress this past week as if I were there in person. It was easy to place an order for my products and they brought them right out to my car. Very impressed with how SOTA takes care of its clients! I would like to have my coach review my weekly diary and just need to figure out how to do that.
