Each person I was in contact with was kind, cheerful, and to the point. There was quick turnaround from my interest to being equipped. They showed sensitivity to social distancing when I picked up food.Â

I had to pay $25:just to find out what the program would cost. The fee is nonrefundable? Seems the fee should be for members, for those that would participate in the program, or at least would start it. I didnt even start the program. I lost my job due to Covid-19 and so participating in this program isnt an option for me right now.Â

Hello Mike, thank you for your review. Yes, we do charge $25 for an appointment with a SOTA nutritionist. We have learned over the years that 95% of the people who pay $25 show up for their appointment and of those who do not pay $25, only 50% show up.
