I am on the “remote” program and The one on one accountability, knowledge of counselors and compassion of each one that has called me (weekly) is phenomenal! Although the program is quite pricey it has been a very good experience - I’m down over 30 pounds and it has been pretty easy to stay on program even with frequent business trips!
