You are supporting me and giving me great advice to maintain my goal weight. I am up a few pounds yet you continue to support me and give me ways to maintain this weight, which is still within goal. I know you are there for me. I know I will lose these few pounds on the other side of this horrible pandemic.

I was able to hit my goals of losing 50 pounds and getting off my blood pressure medicine. You have to have your mindset on your goal and the program was very helpful. The two vegetables for lunch and dinner was initially the hardest part, but once I learned I could have them in a smoothie for lunch every day it became very easy. The protein drinks were very good and the caramel nut snack was absolutely the best...which I could find something similar in the stores now that I am in maintenance phase
Jacob is very supportive in helping me get through the lockdown and some health issues. I am confident that with his and the other coach’s help and support, I will get through this OK!

I joined SOTA in October 2018. Over 6 months lost 55 lbs. Started maintenance 12 months ago. Have checked in w SOTA periodically and have maintained my weight for these 12 months. Now April 2020. SOTA employees all have been outstanding at providing service and are positive. Always with a smile and genuine interest in their clients well being.
