SOTA Is great!
Pretty good. Received product Saturday afternoon, while I was at work. Reviewed program yesterday, and started process mid day on Sunday. Started journal today. I am still hopeful about my weight loss.
My experience with SOTA so far has been great! With the exception of the COVID-19, I have enjoyed this life changing experience. Due to the COVID-19 I haven't been able to go into the office and sit with my coach and discuss my progress which to me is an important part of this. Even with that I have spoken with someone each week and they are very positive, informative and up-lifting.
It’s not easy staying on track during the shelter-in-place quarantine! Jacob made a point of checking in with me (by phone of course!) to see how things were going and if I needed any assistance in staying at my goal weight! So nice to know that SOTA cares!

You are supporting me and giving me great advice to maintain my goal weight. I am up a few pounds yet you continue to support me and give me ways to maintain this weight, which is still within goal. I know you are there for me. I know I will lose these few pounds on the other side of this horrible pandemic.
