Always friendly. Process works. I am down >81 lbs June to February. We go to Papadeaux Seafood Kitchen to eat every week and eat on the plan. There was also a 10 day trip to Hawaii, Thanksgiving, and Christmas in that period. We are active in a bunch of things, so we eat out several times a week.
You are doing fine. Life, illness and travel have gotten in my way. I am trying and am getting back on track.
