I am still on my journey but near the end. The experience has been life changing. I feel so much better. The counselors at my center are great and like family. They are very supportive and have advice when you hit a "slow" spot. Being accountable every week has been one of the keys to my progress.
The staff is so great!! And so have lost over 20lbs in 6 weeks!!
It has been an educational experience understanding how weight loss works. Learning how muscle count has to be greater than your fat content. Also learning how nutrition plays a major part in weight loss.
