The program really works if you are committed. The staff are friendly and encouraging.
Fairly easy to follow diet restrictions, with a few exceptions. Am anxious to begin adding fruit to my meals.
Well, I just started Monday but so far, so good
Amanda was a great ambassador and advocate for my goals. She is That Girl !!! I believe in her own experience and I’m inspired to reach my goals.
So far so good! Great customer service
My experience so far has been really good I think it’s working!
Friendly, professional staff. Well-organized process.
Great!! As always! Note: this is the second duplicate review sent in 2 days
As usual, the counselor (Selam, this time) was pleasant, knowledgable & empathetic. I am always impressed by SOTA counselors. She helped me with some suggestions and we also shared chuckles about a book we are both reading. Kudos and thanks. Lynn Dealey
