Always friendly. Process works. I am down >81 lbs June to February. We go to Papadeaux Seafood Kitchen to eat every week and eat on the plan. There was also a 10 day trip to Hawaii, Thanksgiving, and Christmas in that period. We are active in a bunch of things, so we eat out several times a week.
You are doing fine. Life, illness and travel have gotten in my way. I am trying and am getting back on track.
The entire Team at the Dallas location is friendly, supportive, and offer great tips to keep me in track during the maintenance portion of my plan. Thanks so much❤️
