Your program is very effective. I am pleased with my weight loss to date. It is the most effective plan that I have experienced in my 75 years. Most importantly, I have not been hungry once since I started. That is amazing! The picking up the weighted tote bags equal to your weight loss is a very effective exercise to show ones progress in the program. I thought the program was very easy to follow. The staff was super supportive. And most importantly the products taste great. I definitely found some favorites.
