I found the Hillcrest staff to be very friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, they have Ben exceptionally proactive after my visit, Calling me every day to ask how I am doing and if I had any questions. Also when I telephoned they were Super-responsive. Having completed my second day I find the program to be quite easy . Also , there is plenty to eat and I am not hungry. I am looking forward to my first Consultation next Wednesday.

SOTA helped me achieve my weight loss goals and the monthly check ins help me keep it off. The program is easy to follow and has taught me how to fuel properly. I highly recommend SOTA to anyone looking to let go of excess weight and to get their nutrition on track!
