Am 66 years old and have Type 2 Diabetes for the last 7 years. Taking 500 mg Metformin twice a day. After the 5th week on program was able to get off Metformin and my Glucose readings have been consistently low. Also lost 17 lbs. I have not been this weight since my 40's--20 years earlier. Could not have done this on my own. I tried but simply was not able. SOTA has been a godsend. Thank you SOTA!

Initial consultation was great! I like the concept but would like a different approach to the payment plan. Additional options would really be impactful. Overall, I joined because of the testimony and comments from individuals. I also like the support provided.
