Simple plan, great for traveling
The program works well if you stay with it! I’ve lost 30 pounds so far, and I’m looking forward to completing my plan to get to my desired weight!
I have tried half a dozen “weight loss” programs over the years. This is the first one that encompasses metabolic issues. Very logical & explains why others didn’t succeed. It is not inexpensive but then how much is my life worth? I am excited about this journey and can see success in the future. Instructions & food prep is very manageable & as a food lover, I find it more than tolerable. Since I just started I’ll check back in later. It was not easy. You have to put in the work. The SOTA team wil.give you the game plan but it is on you to execute. At the end of the day the results are your own. I'm 13 weeks in on a 20 week program and I've lost 60 lbs. Everyone at work says I'm going to disappear.
The follow up phone calls keep me motivated and accountable!
