Can’t praise the program more. Not only is weight falling off. Had bloodwork done for annual physical. All levels were in normal range including a1c which was normal for first time in over ten years. Doctor and I were both thrilled. I’m over halfway to my goal.
I love the program! I was always encouraged on the weekly calls. For the first time in 20 plus years I have gotten rid of unwanted fat. The staff is amazing! Thank you!
I won't say I totally loved it while getting there, but I totally loved the results when I reached the finish line, which made all sacrifices worth it!!! It also helped me to realize what I must continue to do in the future for maintenance sake. (I certainly don't want repeating the same challenge over and over.).
