Attention to detail
SOTA Weight-loss program and their staff were a God Send for me. The program and food were easy to use and I didn’t feel hungry - I actually had to set an alarm to remind me to eat. The staff were so friendly and supportive. Their knowledge on nutrition was extremely helpful. They taught me so much about food and it’s nutrition value.
