It’s been 60 days of being off the scheduled meals. I’ve been to several family functions and an annual reunion of friends in Las Vegas and I have maintained my target weight within 3lbs. without effort. Many of my friends, during the Vegas trip, kept asking me how I was able to keep in shape. Several of them said they didn’t recognize me until they heard my voice.
Wonderful and effective program that focuses on healthy lifestyle and personal accountability. Councilors are so supportive and really work with you to help you achieve your goal.
I spoke with Amber on Thursday, 11-18-2021. She was very nice and a very good listener and knowledgeable. I’m sure this SOTA Weight Loss Program works; however it’s very very expensive and out of reach financially in these days financially! - Thank you, Jon Lutz
SOTA has been fantastic. Always greeted by name when I come in for my weekly check in. Food is easy to plan for each day, and I have let go over 15lbs so far in just a few weeks.

Amanda was very personable and easy to talk with. She gave a lot of good info. It wasn't until we actually got our package and could see the info for ourselves that we could understand more about the program and then have more informed questions to ask, so the second call with her was better than the first.
Excellent team of professionals, they were always available to assist with any question, and helped me with correct nutritional information.
The staff were very helpful and explained the program effectively. They also helped set reasonable goals for my progress.
Amanda was very nice and explained things well. Other folks that I have spoken to have also been so nice and professional. I look forward to meeting my nutritionist on Weds and starting the process. Super Excited!
