Thanks to all the staff at SOTA for their help along the way. I am down 71 pounds in just over five months and I've done it while working a schedule that had me traveling at least 10 of those weeks - including two three week trips back to back. SOTA worked with my schedule to get me the meals I needed for these extended trips. The program works and the nutritionists are always there when you have questions.
The SOTA program really works however it is extremely expensive. I have hovered 1 to 1.5 pounds over my goal of 150 pounds. Because of SOTA I know why I am making some bad choices and eating a fewer vegetables. I would prefer SOTA phone me on the home phone where i can screen the caller. I never answer my cell unless I recognize the caller AND even hear the call.
The weekly phone calls and support truly helped me maintain focus on the weight loss plan.
It was a very friendly experience. My advisor/coach, Tricia was amazing and all of the other personnel were helpful and easy to understand... Great experience. Did not feel pressured to do anything, but be informed and make an informed decision which I was prepared to do when I first walked in the door...
My son and I have lost over 20+ pounds each in two months. The staff have been very helpful and encouraging!

Everyone was a big help and very supportive. Always responsive to texts and calls when I had questions. Super nice ladies, really made me comfortable with my decision to take this challenging life change. Extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and take their jobs serious. They want you to succeed!
