The food made me very sick. Didn’t have any real solutions in appointments. Office visits seem cold and every appointment I make is met with an unexpected “did you have an appointment “ . Lost weight but I didn’t
I didn't really know what to expect at Sota, but having two of my family members participating I decided to give it a try. Everyone is very friendly and the program seems to be very successful. I am not sure how it will work out for me, but here I am definitely sending a positive review for the wonderful and positive atmosphere you feel when coming in there.
What an awesome experience! The staff and nutritionists are so friendly. I reached my goal early and couldn’t be happier with the results.
Met the stated goals. Plan was simple to follow and results were as advertised. A great program!
The plan definitely works if you truly follow it. I met my goal a week earlier than we had planned for and then easily surpassed it! I’ve kept the weight off for about 2 months so far and with my new eating habits in place I know I will maintain my new healthy weight.
The nutritionist are very helpful and have tweaked my plan because I really was not very enthusiastic about most of the SOTA products
