I followed the plan . I never was hungry. I achieved results quickly and continuesly . I didn't expect to have relief from joint pain and stiffness but after the second day I could feel a change in my joint pain which ever week continued to decrease to the point I have flexibility , strength and pain relief that I had 20 years ago . Nutrition counselor was extremely knowlegible and helpful. I was surprised at the cost, but decided to make a commitment. So far everything is as promised.
Had to give up my jogging due to loss of energy. Had to struggle with constipation. Cannot justify the exorbitant cost. The diet regimen is very rigid and brittle. Will need to finish program to restore full health and vitality when at a lower weight. All in all, it’s a brutal program that is very costly, both in terms of money and. Vitality of life. Lack of consistency of personal attention.

All the personnel are so professional al and knowledgeable. The facility is warm nd cozy and I love the inspirational messages that are round the office. I love the Christian influence that is around also. The program fits my daily routine just fine. I find it an easy and tasteful plan. I have been very successful in my weight loss. All of the staff is really welcoming, knowledgable and encouraging. The program has been easy to follow and the best part is, its working. Very happy I decided to do this program.
The program is a lot like the Optivia program but a bit more expensive. I decided to pass on the program.
