While I believe this is an excellent program, there is no doubt it is expensive. For people who know that their budget in no way will fit with this program, we still have to pay $25.00 just to hear the sales pitch. The initial contact will not even give you a price range to let you know if you can even consider the program. While I know the $25 is a "consultation fee", what I mostly heard about was how the program worked and not much specific to me. SOTA makes this so easy a caveman can do it! Well with any will power at all, the help they provide makes this an easy to follow lifestyle change. This process is habit forming and it provides steady weight loss! I’m down nearly 55 lbs now and although everyone notices, I have another 30 lbs to go. I don’t dread it! I am excited each week as I continue to see solid results week after week!
The person I spoke with clear on giving details of the program. What I disagree with is wanting 50% of the total cost of $6875.00 upfront. That is for 25 weeks.

When you work the system, the system works. Connor justify the exorbitant cost. Not as simple as it seems at first glance. Consultations are mechanical and robotic (not much compassion for struggles). Internet access sporadic. Bottom line, if you can forget about how much you’re spending, you can smile at how much weight you’re losing.
Thanks to the great people at SOTA, I was able to lose 20 lbs of stubborn, hard to lose, pounds.only 5 more to go!
Counselors are nice. I felt comfortable from moment I walked in. Weight loss phase of program is easy to follow. Packs of food & drinks are quick & convenient to prepare — even on the go. I never really felt hungry between meals. Would definitely recommend this program to others.
The only program that works. Expensive, but at that price you better not guit. Food you can eat and a support staff you don’t want to let down.
The plan worked as advertised - truly rare! Kept your conference times, had answers to my few questions. not painful at all.
