Oct 21 I started weighing 207.4 and today I am at 174.8. Theresa, Cassie plus the other staff have been so supportive and helpful. They are like my cheerleaders! I could not have done it without these counsellors! Jim Frame
My experience has been great. The staff is always there to help and encourage. I love my Plano group starts with a weigh in and ends with a hug! The plan is simple and easy to follow. If you will put in the time to work out and follow the meal plan the weight drops off.
Cassia was delightful, and presented a program for me most effectively.
Very informative
I'm in my 5th week of the program and I am right on target for my weight loss goal. The staff is incredibly supportive. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the program is very expensive.
