SOTA is an easy plan to follow and it works for all types of people who are willing to stick to the plan until they reach their weight loss goal.
Love the staff at Sota, they are very personable and helpful. I have a long journey and I feel positive with their help I will meet my goal.

it's a sound evidenced way to rapidly take weight off and if the change in eating habits remains it's easy not to regain weight. the only down sound is that it won't work if you cheat and you'll be disappointed. follow the rules, don't cheat (even once) and you'll remain in fat burning mode......simple
I have been on SOTA for 16 weeks and I am down 45 lbs for the rest of my life simply because I WANT TO! This is the best life change I could have made and the amazing coaches help make it all possible. The program is very easy to follow and the products are yummy! I feel 100 x better than I did 16 weeks ago. Thank you SOTA! :)
Everyone was very nice and professional. The timing was great too. I was on my lunch hour and it worked out well.
I've been on the program for about 6 weeks and I've lost over 27 lbs. I'm very happy with the amount of weight I've lost to date and I rarely feel hungry. I have recommended this program to several others so far.The personal nutritionist's have been helpful along the way.
