Initially I was a bit scenic cal of the program and documented results I heard on the radio advertisements but after speaking with Autumn and her counseling was assuring and she was able to put a plan into perspective I became convinced. Within a week I noticed Immediate changes which as carries over week over week. Plus the weekly coaching sessions.
