The staff in the Plano office is fantastic! They took time and explained everything to me. I have received phone calls during the week so they could check how I’m doing. I love the level of support. I’m excited for this journey! First weigh in tomorrow!

Theresa, my counsellor is so very inspiring. She educates me and my wife, Donna about the selection of foods, plus the methods of cooking. Her upbeat attitude is encouraging. Cassie has been so helpful and reinforcing to me on this journey. I have lost just under three pounds per week and have handlled the holidays plus a week long trtip to Branson -- we ate out many times and I continued to lose every week. SOTA is fortunate to have such efficient and pleasant staff. It is uplifting to come for the Weigh-in! Jim Frame
