The Sota plan simply works for all types and ages of people. The nutrition counseling that a person receives relative to overall nutrition is just one of the many invaluable benefits of the SOTA lifestyle. I have never felt better.
Staff was informative, professional, helpful, and very supportive. The plan is easy to follow and even with a few “bumps” along the way, very manageable. SOTA is a great way to change your habits and lifestyle whether you have 20 or 100 pounds to lose.
My life has been changed by participating in SOTA. I am in maintenance phase after 8 weeks on the program and I feel great! After 40 years of unhealthy eating habits I have finally learned how to keep the weight off and feel good! SOTA isn’t a diet it’s a lifestyle change and even in maintenance phase the SOTA staff have been so encouraging and helpful. I am so thankful!
I started the SOTA program in September of 2018 and continue to love my experiences. So between the holidays and being sick during them, I managed to gain a few pounds.
