Donna and I were impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the staff. Theresa, our counselor was very informative and helpful. She answered our many questions and has been patient with us every day since. It was time in my life for a change in my eating habits and SOTA seems to be the fit we needed. I am optimistic and excited about my program -- still much to learn and adapt to, but objectively we are on a good track.
SOTA is a great program that works. It is easy to follow and really does eliminate cravings.

I have mixed feelings about sota, yes, everyone is nice and I losing weight but I feel that each client should have a dedicated team, which i could meet on the first visit. I have had 3 different associates. Also, don't pull my file when I get there . Ive made an appointment Be prepared, ffiles should be given to the lead to see where the client is at, before the store/office opens.They should be familiar with my file and ready to go over my food log. My experience has been good, but not great.

Everything is great, people are very friendly and supportive.
Absolutely amazing program. Coaches are so supportive, and the plan is very easy to follow. You see results very fast and cravings go away quickly.
