Great experience as always. Met some staff I hadn't worked with before, very positive and helpful. I lost over 160 pounds and have been on maintenance (monthly check-ins) for 2 years now.
So far so good. Have lost 40 pounds so far averaging 4.5 pounds per week. Still tracking to lose 70 by early October. Staff at the Plano location are very friendly although they do come across as a little cultish at times - drink the kool-aid. Example, on weeks where I lost 2.5 pounds, they make you feel like you're doing something wrong rather than celebrating your victory. 2 pounds on any other plan is considered outstanding. Oh well, nothing in life is perfect - I feel great about how I'm doing!
Everyone was so positive and encouraging. If I had a little setback, they made me feel confident that I could get back on track. I actually liked going to my appointments.
