SOTA foods are good and keep you full. I only wish it weren’t so expensive. Counselors do a great job letting you know what you did wrong or right. They are always pleasant too. Didn’t give 5 stars because of expense only.

The representative was well informed and everyone is very attentive and give you proper time and feedback. I just started so it is too early to comment on the results but I do like what I have done so far in less than a week.
I was nervous before I walked in because I did not want to be judged about my weight or feel as if I was less of a person because of it. Which I have had happen in the past. The staff are all talented knowledgeable and dedicated-and fun to visit with.
I started with SOTA because my diabetes was out of control. I was taking 4 pills a day and my sugar level was not coming down from 230 with A1C of 7.2. After starting with SOTA, not only I was loosing weight, I dropped one pill a week. Also no more blood pressure pill.
