The experience was great but if I had a criticism it would be that we would have liked to have one specialist assigned to us for the whole journey. Otherwise, it has been quite an education. The food is great, which was a pleasant surprise. A suggestion... I have been using an app called CarbManager which has made tracking soooo easy. It also has a scan function so you can look at the bar codes on foods and determine on-the-spot if it fits in the new eating plan. Thanks SOTA. Made my weight, feel great.
The program is very easy to follow, and it is adjustable if you need a slight change. All coaches are extremely relatable and understanding of the struggle to lose weight. Of all the plans I have ever followed, SOTA is the first one that has shown me results consistently. I highly recommend this program!

I think this has to be the best company in the weight loss business, before I had time to doubt their ability I was already losing weight. What also astounded me was the that they don’t us drugs and medication to achieve quick temporary results. They encourage you to contact them on the phone with any questions and are glad to hear from you. If you are serious about losing weight there really is no better choice .
