Everyone there were very friendly and courteous. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. The nurse that spoke with me was very helpful and answered all my questions. She even gave me a free snack, which I loved.

Very straightforward program. Pretty easy to follow. If you do that, you'll start seeing immediate results, which serves as a confidence booster to continue to adhere to the program. I lost about 30 lbs in 8 weeks, including 10 lbs in the first week. Numerous friends have commented about how thin I look.
I was greeted at the door as if I had been there many times and was an old friend. The first interview was great. Very knowledgeable and I look forward to beginning the program
