Sota is a fabulous place to go if you want to lose weight. They have excellent customer service and help you on your journey every step of the way.

SOTA foods are good and keep you full. I only wish it weren’t so expensive. Counselors do a great job letting you know what you did wrong or right. They are always pleasant too. Didn’t give 5 stars because of expense only.
Everyone is so positive and encouraging- love it.
