I have never felt ashamed of my weight while at SOTA. The ladies that have worked with me have been very kind and have been there to answer questions. Amazing staff at the Plano office
The Sota Weight Loss Program has been a complete game changer for me on a personal level. The gain in our nutritional knowledge will benefit my wife & I for the rest of our lives. Sota simply works for most every person willing to stay on the program. Sota is not a diet plan for me…it is a totally new eating lifestyle.
