Great program for me. I reached my goal, and have been on maintenance for 3 months, have successfully transitioned and am able to maintain my target weight. The staff is friendly and supportive throughout the journey.
Yesterday I worked with grace and in plano. She helped me understand how to keep my insulin levels steady all day long. More about feeling good and weight loss! Really great program!!

I am going for my next goal. The staff were excited and encouraging, taking time to review the program and emphasize tips that should help me maximize the results in as short a time as is possible.
Program has been easy to follow and the staff has been so supportive.
Soto has an excellent program. I learned so much about diet and nutrition, and their program is set up so that you change your eating habits. Eating lots of vegetables and protein helped stop my cravings for sugar and carbs. The staff is wonderful and always available to support and answer questions for you.
I realized that I couldn’t make my Saturday appointment in Frisco while on a plane yesterday. The Frisco location was closed, the Plano office fit me right in. Dawn helped me. Love them!
Loved the experience. It was my first visit and Theresa and team in Plano made me feel welcome and thoroughly explained the program. Am excited to start this new journey. Thank you.
