Very straightforward program. Pretty easy to follow. If you do that, you'll start seeing immediate results, which serves as a confidence booster to continue to adhere to the program. I lost about 30 lbs in 8 weeks, including 10 lbs in the first week. Numerous friends have commented about how thin I look.

This program was totally worth it for me and my husband. I was able to lose the last bit of weight in less than 10 weeks that I had been trying to lose for the past year on my own without success. My husband is on his way to losing the last bit to get to his goal weight. Having the help, guidance, and encouragement from the staff was great. They are friendly and willing to help anyway they can to help you reach your goals of being healthy at your healthy weight.
