The program really works! I followed the program and the weight just started to come off. It even came off faster than they said it would. And the best part was I was never hungry. I would highly recommend the program.Â

In addition, Erica at the Frisco location, is always willing to help you find the right time for your appointments, has a smile on her face, and is super encouraging!! These ladies make every visit worthwhile!!!Â
The SOTA program confirmed some dieting strategies I had in personal practice, but then it introduced me to many more. I'm sure I will incorporate them into my eating habits going forward. LOOOOOOOVE the girls in Frisco. Their encouragement and support has been second to none. They are always pushing me and encouraging me to hit my goals while being unbelievably supportive. They make me feel completely comfortable. I started 31 days ago and I’ve lost 25 of the 26 pounds I had set as my ideal weight! Of all the different plans I’ve tried over the past 20 years, this has most definitely been the best! My blood pressure has lowered , my labs came back shockingly great! Also, I’m 60 years old!Â
