Adrianna, at the Frisco location, is a phenomenal consultant/coach/leader!!!! She is positive and always willing to help, no matter how silly you think your questions are :). In addition, Erica at the Frisco location, is always willing to help you find the right time for your appointments, has a smile on her face, and is super encouraging!! These ladies make every visit worthwhile!!!Â
The SOTA program confirmed some dieting strategies I had in personal practice, but then it introduced me to many more. I'm sure I will incorporate them into my eating habits going forward. LOOOOOOOVE the girls in Frisco. Their encouragement and support has been second to none. They are always pushing me and encouraging me to hit my goals while being unbelievably supportive. They make me feel completely comfortable. I am grateful for them throughout my weight loss journey and look forward to my weekly meetings with them. 10 stars across the board in Frisco for my favorite girls. I started 31 days ago and I’ve lost 25 of the 26 pounds I had set as my ideal weight! Of all the different plans I’ve tried over the past 20 years, this has most definitely been the best! My blood pressure has lowered , my labs came back shockingly great! Also, I’m 60 years old!Â

Losing weight rapidly. Most of the time without hunger. Not much variety in the allowed vegetables due to grocery shortages. One plateau that caused a little gain but SOTA told me what to do and the problem was fixed immediately.Â
