Your people are always upbeat and encouraging, Lexus quick with solutions to eating questions. I started at 262 and and am now at 225 with a goal of 215 with 4 weeks to go on my program. Reaching each of my weekly goals.

Great dietary counselors. Very helpful and caring. The process worked well and I never felt the need to cheat on the diet.
My favorite thing is how comfortable I feel once I walk in... I had so much anxiety about walking in those doors, but once I entered, I was almost immediately comfortable. There's no judgement, only authentic support and encouragement. The incredible SOTA staff -- and the way they make you feel comfortable and confident -- is the secret recipe! You guys are AWESOME!!!

I am below my goal weight after 3 1/2 months of great coaching from the SOTA team in Frisco, TX! It was tough in the beginning like anything is, but it really isn't hard once you get through the first few days. I am 47 and had the same gut most guys have and NEVER thought it was going anywhere until now.
Things were explained very clearly and everyone was enthusiastic and positive.
