Adriana is awesome. Always motivates me to lose weight. Gives me a plan to maximize my weight loss. Her enthusiasm is contagious.
Program was effective personnel were professional and friendly
I was so excited this week. I had lost more weight this past week than any week prior with the exception of my first. The girls at the SOTA center are very supportive, fun to visit with but serious enough to keep one focused and improving. I truly appreciate them.
Explaining the program was very good. Just ended my first day and was never hungry and followed it to the letter. So far so good
The entire staff was great. Everyone explained everything well. Jennifer called me the next day to check on me.
The ladies at the Frisco location have been awesome. They are very supportive and know what they are doing. The program to this point has been easy. I am almost to my goal. I can’t wait to get onto a maintenance program.
We got together and assessed my progress through the program for the week and revised and refocused our efforts to help me reach my weight goals. I did really well this week and am looking forward to using the SOTA resources for becoming completely successful at losing 60 lbs. I'm 33% of the way there, thanks to SOTA of Frisco, TX.. YAY!!!
