I absolutely love the girls in Frisco! They feel more like friends than anything else! Very kind and polite! And even when I know I’ve called so many times I’m annoying they are never annoyed! 🥰🌺
Tried many diets none worked. Lost 20pounds in 15 weeks in Sota. Great program , coaching staff were great , friendly, helpful. Weight just came off magically. Yes ate better but once I saw results, it gave me incentive to keep going . Would definitely recommend for anyone struggling to lose. It does take effort but it works like magic.

Love SOTA.! 51 year old woman and I lost 20 lbs almost a year ago and for the first time in my life I have kept it off due to guidance of SOTA staff and continuing to weigh in regularly. I worked out regularly and thought I Was eating correctly but the older I got the more I struggled to get the weight off until I found SOTA. Not cheap but by far best money I have spent on myself ever! My body fat is now 24% which is pretty good for my age!
