Wow where to begin..... 1. Blood(Jayme was cutting her arch nemesis vegetables) 2. Sweat(I exercised as instructed and realized how old I am) 3. Tears( I cried once because I wanted Nacho Cheese no joke but I cried even more when I met my goal. Thank you particularly to my coaches at SOTA without them this would of been just weight loss. They made it an amazing journey and were there for me every step of the way.

Both my boyfriend and I are very excited about the program. I like using the pre-made food products to make it easy as prep time is our #1 barrier. We went in based on a friend’s experience, and then were surprised when the first testimonial in the video was someone else he knew!
