I feel like the accountability from the investment of your time and money is backed by a amazing staff that’s supportive, available, encouraging and informative. Thanks to SOTA I’ve lost over 25 pounds but most of all I changed the way I approached food. Now I respect it.
SOTA has been the best change for my health and well-being. I’m down 4 clothing sizes and no longer shop in the Women’s Plus department. My energy level and sleep are improved and joints feel better. Five stars for the counselors that have help me navigate restaurant outings, family gatherings and potluck dinners.

We’re only in week 2 of our program, but I knew the minute I walked into SOTA I was inspired to fully commit to the program even before my consultation. From the front desk all the way to the check out process, the SOTA Frisco team is top-notch. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and great at their jobs! 12 weeks to go and loving every minute of it!
Met yesterday as promised, was offered all the help imaginable, and started my first full day today.
My wife and I joined together and have seen results early and received great coaching. We are one month in and tried something crazy starting before the holidays, but are so happy we did. It is hard at the beginning like anything would be, but you find that you are not as hungry. Invest in your health.....we have saved a ton on our eating out and grocery budgets to justify the cost. Don’t make any more excuses....just bite the bullet and go for it.
9 months in and 75 pounds down. This has been an amazing journey and the team is always so positive. So glad I joined!
