Consultation was great. Marissa did a fantastic job trying to talk me into starting the program. At the end of the consultation, I learned that I would lose weight if I paid for the program. Reason being is after I pay $325 a week to SOTA, I won't have money for groceries.

Too expensive!! I finshed early but did not receive refund for the final week
When I called the Sota number for the first time, I was told I used my food and no supplements. I paid the $25 fee for the first-time informative call, and I was absolutely shocked at how expensive this program is. I felt like I was lied to at my first initial call. Had they told me much of the program was buying Sota food, I would have never agreed to the first-time call, which I paid $25 for. Very disappointing.

Hello Sandra, Just so you know, there is no charge for SOTA snack food products. There are no supplements to buy, which is what I would define as vitamins, minerals herbals. SOTA does not use or recommend supplements. SOTA only charges for nutritionist coaching and support. 97% of clients choose the snack products choice because of the ease and convenience for slimming down. $25 to find out the program cost $3k+. Pre-questionnaire is a pdf file with numerous errors that shows attention to detail isn't important. I also heard on yelp that low reviews aren't posted on this website. Good luck out there.
I have no idea what I’m getting into… everything is extremely secretive and makes me worry. Especially after paying 3900$. There’s Some kind of package come that’s not expirable which I find odd. I’m thinking I’m paying for an upgraded slim fast diet. “Two shakes, and a sensible meal”
Too expensive. I was quoted $3900 for 12-week program that needed to paid in full before commencement. SOTA is not for the average consumer.
I don’t have experience to report. Just got started!
