Far to expensive
If you follow the program, it works. I've been hungry, but I don't eat enough vegetables and lettuce, so that is probably my fault.
I’m in Austin and they are based out of Dallas. All of the food is shipped and while it arrives in a timely manner the bars are melted. I feel for the amount of money you spend on this they should send it in a refrigerated box. They would do weekly check ins and I had to change the time they called and they never figured out the right time to call and when I couldn’t answer and called them back at 4:45 (they close at 5) they didn’t answer. I wouldn’t use them if you’re not local.
I thought it was too much money for the service. I did loose weight, but I think there are cheaper programs out there.
More expensive Optavia
I don’t agree with being charged $25 for a sales call. I wasn’t given any understanding of the program. And the pricing and payment options are criminal. Total disappointment. And I’m out $25. You guys are a scam.
I've tried just about everything to loose weight but SOTA is the only program that has worked for me. I lost about 3 lbs per week on the program. some of the products and recommendations taste horrible and some are excellent. They send you a big variety box for you to try and then reorder what you like. The staff is great. The audible sessions are very helpful and reinforce positive behaviors.
We explained thoroughly we would not have a kitchen when starting this program. We would only have access to a microwave due to remodeling our kitchen. So when you promised “food”. We thought we líos be able to microwave our food. Instead we got our list that the vegetables were able to be sited and cooked, which we l could not do like we explained. It was good, but I was hoping for more trailer made coaching for the money. Not a bad program but definitely over priced.
